I am a Crossfit Lvl-2 Coach, USAW Sports Performance Coach, BIRTHFIT Coach, and mom to two girls with one on the way! I have been a stay-at-home mom for the last 5 years and was coaching & running a Crossfit gym from 2012 - 2018. As my motherhood journey has continued to evolve I have had to personally utilize BIRTHFIT methodologies, functional progressions, mindset practices, and much more to keep myself on-track.
As I integrated into other Santa Maria gym’s I began to notice a lot of “get your pre-baby body back” information being pushed out to myself and other new moms. Well I am a firm believer in ‘F-that’! I want to launch myself forward to bigger and better! With the tools BIRTHFIT has given me, that’s exactly what I am doing!
